Berry Quinoa Parfait

I like to make these ahead of time to let the fruit juices seep into the yogurt. Refrigerate once done, and they are much better 2-3 days later, so good that you might not even need the honey! You can also substitute the quinoa for old fashioned oats.

½ cup cooked quinoa
¼ cup sliced fresh strawberries
¼ cup fresh blackberries
¼ cup fresh blueberries
¼ cup fresh raspberries
¾ cup reduced-fat (2%) plain
Greek yogurt
¾ tsp. raw honey
